We may request that you return the damaged product to us or provide us with a photo of the damage so that we can determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.

Only defective merchandise can be returned. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same model only. Defective merchandise should be returned within 7 days upon arrival of shipping address. If we don't have the exact same product, the entire amount of the item will be refunded (including shipping and handling fees).
