6 years store warranty. In-warranty items can be returned to our store for repair. In-warranty repair will be made at no charge. Customer should obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Support before returning a product. Return shipping expense will be the responsibility of the customer. Only defective merchandise can be returned. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same model only. Defective merchandise should be returned within 7 days upon arrival of shipping address. Complete package must be included. Holga Camera Online Store will be responsible for return shipping & re-shipping costs on defective merchandise. If we don't have the exact same product, the entire amount of the item will be refunded (including shipping and handling fees).
