Returns Policy

Only defective merchandise can be returned. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same model only. Defective merchandise should be returned within 7 days upon arrival of shipping address. Complete package must be included. Holgacamera.com will be responsible for return shipping & re-shipping costs on defective merchandise. If we don't have the exact same product, the entire amount of the item will be refunded (including shipping and handling fees). 

Warranties

In-warranty repairs will be made at no charge. Return shipping expense will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer can return the problem part only to minimize the shipping cost. The costs of out-of-warranty repairs are subject to a charge as quoted by Holgacamera.com.
