Return & Warranty Policy


Our merchants are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in new and undamaged condition. However, accidents do occur. If you believe your order is damaged, please contact us at info@holgacamera.com immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution. We may request that you return the damaged product to us or provide us with a photo of the damage so that we can determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.

Only defective merchandise can be returned. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same model only. Defective merchandise should be returned within 7 days upon arrival of shipping address. Complete package must be included. Holgacamera.com will be responsible for return shipping & re-shipping costs on defective merchandise. If we don't have the exact same product, the entire amount of the item will be refunded (including shipping and handling fees). 


In-warranty items can be returned to us for repair. In-warranty repair will be made at no charge. Customer should contact our Customer Support before returning a product. Return shipping expense will be the responsibility of the customer. Customer can return the problem parts only to minimize the shipping cost. The costs of out-of-warranty repairs are subject to a charge as quoted by Holgacamera.com.
