Only defective merchandise can be returned. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same model only. Defective merchandise should be returned within 7 days upon arrival of shipping address. Complete package must be included. Holgacamera.com will be responsible for return shipping & re-shipping costs on defective merchandise. If we don't have the exact same product, the entire amount of the item will be refunded (including shipping and handling fees).
In-warranty items can be returned to our store for repair. In-warranty repair will be made at no charge. Customer should obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Support before returning a product. Return shipping expense will be the responsibility of the customer. Customer can return the problem parts only to minimize the shipping cost. The costs of out-of-warranty repairs are subject to a charge as quoted by Holgacamera.com.
